Do you take custom orders?

YES! Custom orders are always open. Send us a message through the contact tab and we will respond ASAP.

What is your turn around time?

Our current turn around time will always be listed at the top of our web page. If you're wondering if your order is still within TAT, it probably is! We will always reach out on the rare occasion an order will surpass the stated timeframe. 

What is your return/exchange policy?

We don't accept returns or exchanges. However, if there are any issues with your order, we will do our best to make them right.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes- send us an email for pricing.

How will I know if my order is ready for pickup?

You will receive an email with pickup information as soon is it is completed!

How will I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive an email with tracking as soon as it is completed! Keep in mind, larger sign orders may ship in separate packages.

Are your porch signs weatherproof?

Our signs are sealed, however, they will last much longer if they are kept on a covered porch or out of the elements.
